How do I return an item?
RETURNS
Extreme Max wants you to have a positive online shopping experience. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. Buyer must contact Extreme Max for return shipping instructions. Returns shipped without contacting Extreme Max will not be processed. Processing of returns takes 1-2 weeks upon receipt of the package. If a credit does not appear after 2 weeks, please contact Extreme Max. To set up a return please e-mail sales@extrememax.com. If the product is not returned in the original packaging and/or is altered or damaged in any way, no refund will be issued. Any returns after 30 days will be subject to a 20% handling fee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
