SHIPPING INFORMATION Extreme Max strives to provide our
customers with the most accurate information regarding shipping times and
costs. We primarily ship via UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and Spee Dee Delivery. Shipping
carriers for freight orders vary based upon item weight, dimensions, and
delivery location. Customer will be notified in advance if order is a freight
shipment. We reserve the right to switch carriers without notice based upon
cost, transit time, availability, reliability, and damage claims. All
international shipments are sent via UPS. These orders are all subject to
import duties, taxes, and charges. These are not included in the item price or
shipping costs. UPS also charges brokerage fees once the package reaches the
border. All of these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact UPS
to calculate brokerage fees, and please check with your country’s customs
office to determine what import duties, taxes and charges will apply to your
purchase. Failure to pay for these fees will result in the shipment being
returned to Extreme Max. Any returned shipments will be refunded less original
shipping costs, and less shipping costs billed to Extreme Max to have item
returned. Extreme Max ships all other orders received Monday – Friday before 12:00 PM Central time same day. Orders received after this cut off will ship the following business day. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available. Any quoted shipping and lead times from the carriers are estimates and not guarantees. UPS Ground: 3 - 5 Business DaysUPS 2nd Day Air: 1 - 2 Business Days UPS Next Day AIr: 1 Business Day All shipping charges are displayed at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible for replacement. For any reason should your item be missing components or hardware this needs to be reported within 30 days of receiving the item to be eligible for replacement. |
