Extreme Max Boat Lift Boss Installation kits work in conjunction with any of the Extreme Max Boat Lift Boss Boat Lift Winch (Boat Lift Boss sold separately). Compatible with Shore Station (Narrow Winch with 4-1/2" Cover, 2500 lb. - 4000 lb. lift). Installation kits are required for all boat lifts and fit any of the 120 Volt or 12 Volt Boat Lift Boss Systems. Direct bolt-on kit fits factory O.E.M. winch.
